God is a Person by definition
God must be personalized in our perceiving minds before we can comprehend or relate with meaning to God as Existence since Existence is a Spirit, not what we see, from the unseen or not. All spirits have a body or seek a body in order to be objectified so they can execute their spiritual nature. You can tell them by their fruits. This is a definition of our terms, neither a theory nor a proof. Since we must make decisions without all the facts we must have faith in something in order to act or have a position in the matter. Even no position is a position. The link in the sidebar, God is Existence, elaborates these ideas and was edited and expanded today.

dreams in the doorway
The ancients wrote asking why God hung eternity in their hearts? Why is it we conceive of such things? A university research spokesman once commented to the affect that it seemed to him as if he was brought into creation to study the intricate structures of himself by those same intricate structures themselves. The atoms were studying the atom to figure out what the story was with the atoms. Eternity, survival, well being, and knowledge of existence seem to be hung in many of our hearts by the very Existence that brought us, each individually, into existence. These haunting thoughts do not come from nothing, so why is the something that gives birth to such thoughts even in our consciousness at all? It seems that there may be a model for our future presented to us in the nature of dreams that could introduce us to the next dramatic stage in our future. Dreams may be the doorway to that future. Why do we dream? Why do we even sleep? What is this constant rehearsal about? Why do dreams seem so real when we experience them but quite unreal when we awake from them? All human beings are also dream beings. Dreaming ties all mankind together, Jack Kerouac. These are a few of the questions that might be something worthwhile exploring, worthwhile turning our subconscious loose in a wide random search for meaning.

The problem of evil
Everything seems to exist in a comparative state. Good vs evil, is just the beginning. One could go on forever identifying examples of comparative states. Speed vs light, vs sound, vs something else, but the origin of evil is different in that oblivion exists as an absence of existence. Therefore while it can happen and one can experience it, it is being experienced as a separation from existence. That is one of the hells of oblivion, it cannot actually ever be reached.

God exists by definition
Speaking further, the Spirit of Existence is not what is caused to exist, Existence is the Spirit of what causes to exist what exists. Existence always existed. Existence that exists outside time is normally capitalized for clarity, because of this. Time is a concept that can only exist in a comparative state. The spirit creates it's own time, forms and distances since by themselves time, form, and distance do not exist spiritually because they must first come from the abstract and then appear in the concrete. In other words, they are manifested from the spirit. The universe appears to expand forever because the spirit is not restricted and does not relate to distance outside its' own created distances. Form is a manifestation of the spirit which can be seen in the spirit but not from outside the spirit as it takes place in the concrete which is outside the spirit. Even though negative spirits desire oblivion and may achieve it, oblivion could exist in an anti-state similar to the concept of black holes.

zero and one, on and off
I sense there is a tremendous secret right under our noses, too simple, too close to existence itself to identify clearly. Computers set the world on fire, and their simple secret is the concept of on and off. It is hard to realize that these two concepts, one on and the other off, could be so simple as they are. But they are a part of a mind boggling advance, awakening and even changing our thinking in a new way we have yet to fully appreciate. Always look to the simple for the complex and start dividing.

a spiritual objective reminder
After we possess and inanimate object or that object becomes associated in our memory with someone, with a place or with another time, it serves as a talisman which begins a mystery for our spirit. It becomes like a word representing an abstract concept, but is itself actually a sculptured reminder of that concept. When it actually becomes or is cut off from the abstract then it is in the physical world, and is an idol. Similarly the pantheist believes in that which exists rather than the existence from which it comes.

we live in a soup of faith
Proof is relative and changes with each newly added knowledge information. If a high enough standard of proof is required then further up the ladder a decision becomes almost impossible to prove anything for total certainty. Nothing can be perfectly proved, except with a closed and limited amount of facts. We can decide we have enough proof but there will never be complete proof in evidence. If a jury takes a judge's too high standard of proof too literally, chances increase for acquittal. If even eye witnesses are suspect then what chance do we have to be technically sure of anything at all? Time also clouds our emotional reactions. Chances to misspeak or mishear are countless. We must decide what we are sure about. Now we are standing on faith.

everything is theory in the final anaysis
God is Existence. This is a definition, not a theory. A theory is a theory whether we choose to believe it or not. The big bang may be quite plausible and be very logical in the extreme but in the end everything is theory no matter how much proof we can assign to it. We never have all the facts, so must make a decision based on some measure of faith. This idea makes one postulate the likelihood we are in a spiritual soup which cannot be compared, in or to, size, form, time or distance. We must remember that the concrete all came from the abstract. The seen is from the unseen just like all complications come from the simple. There are amazing events recorded in the Bible which when a scientificly directed explanation is offered seems to render some perspectives believers and some not. This too is theory.
